Our dedicated event team knows how to thrill a crowd and they’ll apply all their skills and experience to help you plan an unforgettable celebration with your family and friends. The layout, acoustics and design aesthetics that make Vinegar Hill Music Theatre such a wonderful place for live performances are even more magical when we’re hosting weddings, reunions or private celebrations. Our post-and-beam barn was built in 1887 and completely updated in 2015 with new bathrooms, an updated bar area and state-of-the-art sound system. Conveniently located off Route 1 on the Kennebunk, Arundel line, Vinegar Hill is about 30 miles from Portland and Portsmouth with the lightest traffic in southern Maine.
Weddings at Vinegar Hill Music Theatre
Our barn can accommodate up to 120 seated guests or up to 200 cocktail party attendees with VIP seating areas. Your guests will love relaxing and socializing on our elegant patio where cocktail service is available from our garden shed bar. Depending on the number of people in your party, we can set up a separate tent on our front lawn that seamlessly connects to the patio area. Share your dreams with us and we’ll tailor a plan that brings them to life!
Reunions and Fundraisers
With your band or DJ set up on our performance stage, we can install a dance floor and create a club-style atmosphere with high top tables to encourage networking and socializing. Alternatively, we can create a banquet style table arrangement for a seated dinner with a cocktail party on our outdoor patio. Share your challenges with us and we’ll solve them with a creative plan that fits your budget.
Private Parties or Corporate Retreats
